How to purchase?

10 easy steps for an optimum shopping experience with us at The Label Junkie!

 

  1. 1. Click on an item to view all details and available colours/sizes (if applicable). To view the apparel in different colours, scroll through the colour drop-list.
  2. 2. Choose the colour and a size (if applicable) you wish to purchase, and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for the chosen piece(s). However, this action will not secure the piece(s) in your cart yet. To reserve your piece(s), refer to point 7.
  3. 3. Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
  4. 4. Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalized all orders.
  5. 5. If you’re not Logged In, you will be prompted to do so before you can proceed to the next step. If you don't have an account, you will be prompted to create one. You would need an account to be able to make your purchase.
  6. 6. Confirm your mailing address and mode of shipping (Regular or Registered or Smartpac)
  7. 7. Choose your payment mode and confirm your purchase. Your order(s) will then be CONFIRMED AND RESERVED for you for a 24-hour time frame.

8. Next, you will receive a payment advice (invoice) email after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours. The Label Junkie reserves the right to relase your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.
9. Within the next 24 hours, we will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified. 
10. Upon payment verification, your parcel will be mailed out within the next 1-2 days. An email will be sent to notify you when its sent out and you should receive your item(s) in 3-5 working days.

 

Payment modes

We accept:

 

- Paypal

- Visa, Mastercard (via paypal)

- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfer or ATM transfer (Local customers only)
- Interbank transfer - UOB, OCBC (Interback transactions would take at least 2 days. Local customers only)

 

Delivery

Packages are dispatched within 2 working days after receiving payment and are shipped via Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage or Smartpac to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels and Smartpac can be track via Singpost website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out.

Local Singpost SMARTPAC:

 

A flat rate of $4.70 regardless of the number of pieces you have ordered. Tracking number will be provided. Receive your package within 1 - 2 days after mailing out at your doorstep.

International shipping:

 

Packages are shipped via registered postage which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Packages will be shipped out in the next 48 hours of ordering excluding Public Holidays. We ship via Singpost and packages have an estimated 7 - 14 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped.

 

The Label Junkie follows the postage rates provided by Singpost by cumulative weight. Here's an overview of the estimated charges:

 

 

International orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
